Patients may opt in to ozehr SMS during account setup or from Communication preferences. SMS consent is optional, the checkbox is unchecked by default, and patients can opt out any time by replying STOP or using the app.

The form states message types, frequency, rates, STOP, HELP, Terms, Privacy, and support information.
By checking this box, I consent to receive recurring SMS text messages from ozehr, operated by ozehr LLC, at the mobile number I provided. Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, lab result availability notices, care alerts, and account notifications. Message frequency varies, up to 5 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent is not required to receive care or create an account.
